A few important statements that apply to all Fungusware products.

Here at Fungusware we write utilities that scan and potentially modify your file system. While every care is taken (hey we use it here on our systems) we cannot be held legally responsible if something untoward happens to your computer system.

Fungusware cannot be held liable for any damage caused by the use of our products and does not warrant the software free of technical issues. The user assumes all risk and is responsible for ensuring the software meets his or her standards before deploying in a day to day scenario.
